THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED: NYPD Pepper Spray peaceful young female protestors in the Union Square Occupy Wall Street protests.

As well as tackle a man to the ground before arresting him who was simply trying to talk to a cop, put their knee to a protesters throat as they arrest him, punch a civilian in the face and mass arrest and pepper spray innocent rioters for ridiculous reasons.
